Terms of use

These terms will govern use of the site (content, free tools such as the status diagnostic or the CFE comparator, intellectual property, liability) — they are distinct from the general terms of sale of an insurance contract, which are specific to each partner insurer and provided before any underwriting.

This site is published by Expavy Assurances, an insurance broker registered with ORIAS under number 24000431. The final text of these terms of use still needs to be finalised with the elements currently missing (legal form, registered office) before publication as a binding document — see the legal notice for the current state of this information.

What these terms will need to cover
