Actual state of this prototype, as of this page’s publication date: no audience measurement cookie, no advertising cookie, no third-party tracking script is set. Only technical cookies that may be strictly necessary for the site to work (for example remembering a consent choice once a banner exists) would be set, with no prior consent required for those (they are exempted by the CNIL, the French data protection authority).
When an audience measurement tool or a third-party marketing script is added, this page will be updated before it goes into production, together with a compliant consent banner (refusal as simple as acceptance) and the detail of each cookie set: name, purpose, retention period, issuer.
A matter of principle
The site’s health area (advisory files, document uploads) will use no third-party script whatsoever, as a matter of principle, regardless of how measurement tools evolve on the showcase area — this is a design decision fixed from the very start of the project, not an option to be switched on later.
